Both writing tasks really prove just how much vocabulary you need to know to pass the FCE. Then in the second part you’ll need to choose between writing a report, a product review, an article, or a summary of a short story. For example, you’ll need to write an email or letter of no less than 120 words. You’ll also need to have a solid background in these areas for the Writing portion, which is composed of two parts.
